AFEX's Laser Toner Cartridge

AFEX manufacturing plants implemented ISO 9001 standard quality control system and ISO 14001 environmental management system. Quality measures takes place throughout the manufacturing process, ranging from rigid Incoming Quality Control (IQC) on all raw materials and components, comprehensive In Process Quality Control (IPQC) on semi finished products, to the final Quality Assurance (QA) on the finished products. Post-testing are conducted 100% on all cartridges where Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) sampling plans have been predetermined to ensure the quality are at the highest standard.

AFEX is a STMC Certified company whom adopts the industry standardized testing methods in measuring and evaluating against the cartridge performance. AFEX is among one of the few Chinese companies to acquire the STMC certificate.

In order to ensure our customers have the competitive advantage to succeed, AFEX invests into research and development on new products and technologies. New mono and color models are launched within the reasonable time frame while AFEX's engineers strive to apply new technologies to enhance the manufacturing efficiencies whenever it is possible.

Research and development are conducted at the secure advanced technology equipped laboratory where only senior engineers can get access to. The primary objectives for establishing lab is to exploring/improving new manufacturing processes, inventing new technologies/in house equipments, and conducting series of tests on both new and existing models.

Here are some tests example: Toner Material Particles & Fusing Test, Cartridge Resilience Test, Image Performance Test, Accurate yield Performance Test, New Components Qualification Test, Fault Diagnosis Test, Component Stress Test, Drum CGL (Charge Generation Layer) Test, and Color Contrast Test.
